For each order placed on our website, Yv.Delloye sends you an order confirmation email.

It indicates that Yv.Delloye has accepted your order and implies the existence of a sales agreement.

Yv.Delloye stores the information of each order and client. These documents are available to the client upon request. For more information, click here.

DELIVERY

DELIVERY TIMES

Jewelry available in-stock is delivered within five working days. Jewelry not available in-stock is crafted by request at our Parisian jewelry workshop. You should therefore allow for an average waiting period of four to six weeks from the date that you place your order on our website to the date that you receive the delivery. You will receive all the necessary order tracking information by email.

DELIVERY FEES

Delivery fees are charged for any order delivered to your home. The amount is shown at the bottom of your invoice. These charges are calculated according to the delivery address and the selected option (standard / express).

FREE CLICK-AND-COLLECT BY APPOINTMENT IN PARIS

You are welcome to pick up your order, exclusively by appointment, at the Yv.Delloye showroom in the 6th arrondissement of Paris. To do so, simply check the “showroom pick-up” delivery option.

EXCHANGES AND RETURN

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS WITHIN 14 DAYS

Exchanges and returns are free within 14 days from the delivery date.  

TERMS OF REIMBURSEMENT

During a period of 14 days from the date you receive your order, you may return your purchase for an exchange or reimbursement. To obtain an exchange or reimbursement:

  • You must necessarily have purchased the piece on the www.yvdelloye.com website.

  • You must inform us by email at yv@yvdelloye.com before returning the product.

  • The piece must be in new condition. It must not have been worn, damaged or soiled.

  • In case of a return, the piece must be returned in its original case, which must also be in new condition.

  • In the case of an exchange or reimbursement, the client covers the shipping expenses. We recommend that you opt for secure delivery and that you send us the tracking information by email. Please send returns to: Yv.Delloye - 99 rue de Vaugirard - 75006 Paris.

  • Yv.Delloye cannot he held liable if a package is lost, and reserves the right to decline the exchange or reimbursement of any piece.

  • No exchange or reimbursement will be granted before Yv.Delloye receives and checks the product.
